We want you to feel confident purchasing SnagFrame Pro. This policy applies to purchases made directly through the SnagFrame website.
14-day guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of an initial annual or lifetime purchase. You may also request a refund within 14 calendar days of an annual renewal.
Cancelling an annual subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not remove access you already paid for. Unless required by law or covered by the 14-day guarantee, cancelling does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining billing period.
Lifetime purchases
Refunding a lifetime purchase deactivates the associated Pro license. After the 14-day guarantee, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@snagframe.com from the address used at checkout. Include the purchaser's name, purchase email, approximate purchase date, and whether the purchase was annual or lifetime. Do not send payment-card details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
Marketplace purchases
Purchases made through Microsoft or another marketplace must be requested through that marketplace and are governed by its refund policy.
